We are a diverse group of people, joining together to share our lives with other Jewish people in our region.
 
Within our membership we have people from the traditional through to more progressive Jewish backgrounds. With mutual respect and our common Jewish thread we unify.
 
Our ethos is to be inclusive and to celebrate our Jewishness with enthusiasm and sincerity.
 
From humble beginnings the SCJC has grown to be incorporated as an Association in 2010.
 
A consecrated Jewish cemetery has been created on the Sunshine Coast and we operate a Chevra Kadisha to assist our Jewish family in their time of need.
